Education
Hayden attended college on nights and on weekends while working full-time, serving his country in the U.S. Army Reserves and raising a family. He started his college career at Southwestern Michigan College in Dowagiac, Michigan. Hayden earned his first degree, an Associate of Arts while in a combat zone. Unable to attend his graduation his wife, Sandra, accepted his degree for him. Hayden did not stop there. He went on to enroll in Reinhardt College in Waleska, Georgia. Again attending classes at nights and on the weekend Hayden earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree, in Business Administration at Reinhardt College. He then enrolled at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia and earned his Master of Science Degree in Arts and Leadership. Hayden is a “life-long learner” dedicated to his own education and he encourages those around him to do the same. Hayden has a strong belief that leaders in our communities should lead by example. He acts on his beliefs and feels that education is the key to success in life.
